                              RESOLUTION NO. 21732
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTIES 
                 LOCATED IN THE ORCHARD KNOB AND FORT NEGLEY 
                 AREAS, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AS 
                 SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF SAID 
                 SURPLUS PROPERTY TO CHATTANOOGA NEIGHBORHOOD 
                 ENTERPRISE, INC. (CNE).
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That certain properties, described as 
       follows:
            Property located on Blackford Street in the Orchard Knob 
                 Area; Tax Map No. 146F J 045; and
            
            Property located at Mitchell Avenue and 17th Street in 
                 the Fort Negley Area; Tax Map Nos. 145L F 001 and 
                 145L F 028.
            
       be and are hereby declared surplus; and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Administrator of the 
       Department of General Services be authorized to transfer said 
       surplus property to Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise, Inc. 
       (CNE).
